Our luxury holiday cottage has been carefully renovated to retain it's charm. It has evolved into a light & airy, contemporary living space. Located in a perfect spot to enjoy both the countryside and coastal areas. It's a great vacation rental for visitors from overseas. Everyone is welcome!

There are two double bedrooms with luxury king-size beds. Both sleep two people and benefit from adjoining shower rooms.

Bedroom Two is on the lower ground floor away from Bedroom One. This makes the cottage perfect for couples on holiday together.

The cottage is located just 5 miles from the beautiful coast of North East Aberdeenshire. It benefits from being situated in a stunning rural landscape.

Just 45 miles from Dyce Airport in Aberdeen and 75 miles from Inverness Airport.

Low Season is September through to April inclusively (£110 per night)


High Season is May through to August inclusively £875 per week (£125 per night)


Christmas & New Year is £1,015 per week (£145 pernight)

Prices include VAT


The changeover day is Friday for weekly bookings.

Cancellation Policy

 Deposit -  Card payments are accepted during the reservation process. 

A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking.

This is only refundable 30 days or more prior to reservation. See full cancellation policy.


Balance - The full balance becomes due 30 days prior to arrival.  


Our payment system is PCI Compliant and operated by Stripe.

Please read the full policy during the reservation process. 

In short.......

 If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival,

then a charge equal to the first nights of the stay will be made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival,

then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

All returning guests receive 10% discount on the weekly price. 

However, discount is not applicable to business travellers.

The discount is only applied to direct bookings through our website.

This will be applied after the reservation has been made and the balance adjusted.

Please email us separately to confirm you have stayed with us previously.

 The cottage serves as a good base for guests working temporarily in the area. However it should be noted that all guests are expected to respect the property as a luxury accommodation.

Business travellers booking direct, please request a VAT invoice by email after booking. This will be made available after full payment is received.
